Profile:

Al Craig ran a training operation for juvenile delinquents, working out of the gymnasium he owned. Once they were ready, each youth donned a Robin outfit and simultaneously committed crimes across Gotham City. Despite police confusion over the Boy Wonder's seeming new career, Batman and Robin managed to crack the case and arrest Craig.
